Black Tie Optional. For Ladies, think evening gown or midi cocktail dress. For men, think tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. We will be taking a chairlift to the top of the mountain for the ceremony and back down for the reception so keep that in mind as you choose your shoes!

Please arrive at the Summit Express chairlift located at the base of Buttermilk Mountain between 3:45pm-4:00pm. It is important to arrive promptly as it will take around 15 minutes in the chairlift to reach the top and will allow for loading time of all guests. After the ceremony, guests will return to the base for cocktail hour and reception at Buttermilk Mountain Lodge.

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue! If you choose to Uber/Lyft home from the event, you are able to leave your car overnight and pickup by 10am the next day.

As much as we love your little ones, young children are not invited to the ceremony or reception. If you need any childcare recommendations in the area, please let us know!

September is typically a wonderful time of year in Aspen! During the day, expect temperatures averaging 60-70 degrees. It will get chilly at night (temperatures in the 40s) so plan on bringing some warm layers for the evening.

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be mostly indoors.
